Stunting in the Speed Boats of Battlefield 2

There’s a little-known stunt that is quite easy to pull of while driving the RIB’s in Battlefield 2. A few months ago, I took this snapshot of a guy at Gulf of Oman and had never really thought about it since. I had simply shrugged it off as a glitch of no particular value. But when I heard that when done properly, the speed potentional was far greater while doing this than normal.

A Morning to Remember (Part 2)

Nearly two weeks have flown by since I last saw my car and I thought it would never be recovered. Many of my colleagues and I agreed that in this amount of time my car had surely been stripped down and boxed up for parts. Apparently such behavior is commonplace in Southern Florida seeing as how a facility here was shut down recently that was selling car parts to customers all around the nation. These car parts were discovered to belong to automobiles that had been stolen.

Photo Gallery - Under Development

Just to let you all know, I’ve been working on a new photo gallery script (PHP5 - OO-based) that should be up and running in the next few days. I had originally intended on coding the entire script in Actionscript (Macromedia Flash 8.0) with an XML backend, but that’s going to have to wait a little longer. I was having troubles with populating a scrollpane with numerous thumbnails. Until that day, this should work just fine.

A Morning to Remember

Yesterday morning seemed like just another run-of-the-mill morning, but little did I know that something quite peculiar had occured. My wife and I had moved to Fort Lauderdale about a month ago for my job and we found ourselves a nice apartment in a good area of town. Crime was one of the things that we had never thought would occur in our quiet neighborhood.
